5 things I would embrace as a 35 yr old female!
I’m not sure where the last 15 years has gone, but I sure have learned a lot and I’m embracing where I’m at now and what I’ve learned in the last 15 years.
I hope these can help as you navigate and become even more of who you want to be.
Create the midlife that you want, not who you ā€œshouldā€ be.

šŸ™Œ Aging Gracefully is a key component of Pillar 4 in my practice.

You’ve probably heard terms like ā€œbiohackingā€ used online when it comes to anti-aging and longevity. But honestly? I prefer a more grounded approach:

What can we do to support the body well as we age?

No extreme trends. No complicated wellness rules. Just looking at the science and using realistic tools that help support energy, brain health, hormones, inflammation, skin, and overall vitality over time.

🧠 Part 1: Aging Gracefully Through Nutrition + Supplements

Here are a few of the ways I support my clients:

āœ… Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich nutrition
Foods like berries, leafy greens, healthy fats, and cruciferous vegetables help support healthy aging by reducing oxidative stress and supporting mitochondrial health. I often incorporate principles from the Mito Diet for this reason.

āœ… Intermittent fasting
For some women, strategic fasting can help support metabolic health and cellular repair processes like autophagy. As always, this is individualized and not appropriate for everyone.

āœ… Targeted supplements
Depending on the person, I may use tools such as collagen, curcumin, NAD+ support, nootropics, or other nutrients to help support cognition, inflammation, skin health, and healthy aging.

Healthy aging isn’t about perfection - it’s about supporting the body consistently over time so you can continue feeling strong, clear, energized, and vibrant in the years ahead.

Watch for Part 2 of the Aging Gracefully series coming soon ✨

Do you want lasting health… not just another quick fix?

This is the heart of how I practice naturopathic medicine. So many women come to me feeling frustrated after trying all the things, only to still feel tired, inflamed, foggy, or out of balance.

One of the biggest lessons I continue to see in practice is that healing is often a long game.

Hashimoto’s antibodies don’t usually shift overnight.

Endometriosis doesn’t develop overnight.

Better sleep, calmer digestion, balanced hormones, healthier hair, and steady energy are all things that happen through consistent support over time.

When I work with patients, we usually start with 2–3 visits closer together, about 4–6 weeks apart. This allows us to support some of the more immediate concerns like gut health, sleep, inflammation, and energy.

Once those foundations are stronger, visits can often be spaced out every 2–3 months while we continue building long-term, sustainable change together.

Because root-cause care is about gently changing the terrain of the body over time - with strategy, consistency, and support along the way.

And you don’t have to do that alone. I’m here to guide you, encourage you, and help you create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable for your life.

– Dr. Jenn, honored to be a guide on this journey of health. šŸ™šŸ»

Brain fog in perimenopause isn’t the same for every woman.

For some, it’s hormones.

For others, it’s inflammation, thyroid issues, poor sleep, stress, blood sugar, gut health, or nutrient depletion.
That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care.
We look at what’s driving your brain fog so you can finally feel clear, focused, and like yourself again.
