Another fun morning moving with a fantastic community!!! This is the 2nd year KURE showed up to BUTI for this amazing fundraiser day! It was so fun to see familiar faces and meet new!
This group does 12 workouts from 8-1 and we got to shake things with them for 45 minutes...with of our kinda of movement!

We know it can feel a little intimidating walking into a new studio...

Trying something you've never done before, while wondering if you're too old, too young, fit enough, strong enough, or flexible enough to belong.

We want you to know something:

This video is just a small glimpse of some of our members who shared their ages with us last night. We also have younger students, older students, and men who call KURE home too.

Because movement isn't about age. It's not about being perfect.

It's about showing up for yourself.

We believe every body deserves to move, to feel strong, to feel capable, and to be supported through every stage of life. And having a welcoming community around you makes all the difference.
