We are so excited to welcome Nicole Nicholas to Highview Lucan as our Food Service Coordinator, starting June 22! 🍽️✨

Many may recognize Nicole from her time at Highview Residences London, where she was known for her incredible homemade baking and meaningful resident programs. 🥖

With years of experience as a Head Pastry Chef, culinary mentor, Food Service Supervisor, and Personal Support Worker, along with her Red Seal certification, Nicole brings both talent and heart to our home. 🏡

We can’t wait for residents, families, and staff to experience the warmth, care, and connection she brings to the table. Welcome back, Nicole!

There’s something special about a garden…
The feeling of sunshine on your face ☀️, the smell of fresh soil 🪏, and the excitement of watching something grow 🌷✨

As we prepare to open Highview Lucan later this summer, we’ve been thoughtfully creating outdoor spaces where residents can slow down, connect with nature, enjoy the changing seasons, and experience the simple joy of getting their hands in the dirt. 🌱

The raised garden bed featured in these photos is just one example of how we are intentionally designing spaces that encourage independence, purpose, and everyday moments of joy. 🌸

We can already imagine the flowers blooming, vegetables growing, laughter being shared, and memories being made here…. ✨
Every detail is being created with care, and we can’t wait to welcome the community that will soon call Highview Lucan home. 🏡

This weekend, the Highview team proudly took part in the Walk for Alzheimer’s in London 💙

We loved connecting with the community and sharing our excitement for our new Lucan home — a private intergenerational community bringing together Dementia Care, Retirement Living, and Supported Independent Living in a connected, supportive setting.

Thanks to the generosity of our residents, families, staff, and partners, we are proud to have raised over $15,500 to support those living with dementia and their families.

We can’t wait to deepen our involvement in Lucan by building strong community connections, supporting local families, and creating a welcoming space where residents can truly feel at home as we prepare to open our doors 🏡

Exciting things are coming together at Highview Lucan!

We are excited to share that our newly renovated 3rd floor suites are officially move-in ready! From our brand-new flooring to freshly cleaned spaces, everything is starting to feel like home. 🏡

We are counting down the days until we can welcome residents, families, and our community into these beautiful refreshed spaces and start this exciting new chapter together.
