Let’s clear something up 💉✨

I hear so much misinformation about medical aesthetics—especially when people describe a puffy, overfilled look as “too much Botox.”

❌Botox and dermal filler are not the same thing.

☝️Botox relaxes muscles to soften expression lines and can fix asymmetry.

☝️Dermal filler adds or restores volume and enhances facial contours.

🤔Can either treatment look unnatural when overdone? Absolutely. But Botox doesn’t create an overfilled face—too much filler does.

Lip enhancement is often a journey—not a one-and-done treatment. Every client brings their own unique lip shape, size, symmetry and anatomy, and sometimes achieving the best result takes a little patience and a thoughtful, gradual approach.

I had the pleasure of treating this gorgeous client! The request was top lip/lower lip balance, improve symmetry, have a bit more definition and hydration without looking overdone. We are both so happy with the results!
