Many people assume aches, stiffness and reduced mobility are simply something they have to live with.

In reality, understanding how your body moves and addressing the underlying causes can often make a huge difference.

Our focus is on helping clients move better, build strength safely and regain confidence in what their bodies can do, regardless of age or starting point.

Having been part of the team for many years, Ian brings a wealth of experience and a highly individual approach to coaching.

Golf Biomechanics is a key area of Ian’s expertise, helping golfers improve mobility, movement efficiency and rotational strength to support both performance and injury prevention. This specialist approach allows clients to better understand how their body moves within their swing and where improvements can be made.
