Six years ago today I taught my first Zoom yoga class. In those strange lockdown times it was both a blessing and a privilege to still be able to share yoga classes with wonderful people and to stay connected even though the outside world seemed very far away.
Although I will always remember those times with fondness (and the unexpected tech hiccups that we managed to overcome and the mad antics of various pets, mine included), nothing beats the energy of a face to face class. I continue to feel honoured to guide people through their yoga journey and I genuinely treasure the interactions that we have and the relationships that we form in the special and wonderful place that yoga provides. I am so grateful to everyone who comes to class, your presence and vibes are amazing! ❤️

Today marks the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere, the shortest day and the longest night. It provides a moment of stillness and calm in what is often a hectic time point in our lives and offers the chance to reflect and reset.
Make a little time today to invite stillness into your life, to pause and allow your thoughts, mind and body to rest.
