☀️ July is UV Safety Month ☀️

The sun can do wonders for our mood, but it’s important to protect our skin from harmful UV rays.

Here are a few simple ways to stay safe:
🧴 Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours.
🕶️ Wear sunglasses with UV protection.
👒 Cover up with a hat and lightweight clothing.
🌳 Seek shade.
💧 Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Remember, UV rays can damage your skin even on cloudy days, so sun protection is important whenever you’re outdoors.
Looking after your skin today can help reduce your risk of sunburn, premature ageing and skin cancer in the future.

Stay safe and enjoy the sunshine! ☀️💛

Stay safe buying medicines online!
Taking ANY medicine should always be done with advice from a GP or pharmacist!
Buying medicines online can be risky!

Some websites sell medicines that are fake or haven’t been checked by a pharmacist.

They could cause harmful side effects, react badly with other medicines or even be fatal.

If you do buy online, make sure the pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical
Council
