You can now make your appointment for the covid and or flu vaccine at Eyam & Bradwell Surgery. We have early morning, evening and weekend appointments available. We strongly urge those patients that are entitled to have both vaccines to have them together during the same appointment.

✅ Support is available for adults aged 18+ who care for someone aged 18+ living in Derby City who has: • A long-term health condition
• Illness or frailty
• A disability
• Mental ill health
• Addiction or substance misuse

🤝 Services available include:
• Information and advice
• One-to-one support
