We often see people lose momentum when they try to do too much, too perfectly.

In reality, progress comes from small, consistent steps — especially on days when things feel harder.

👉 A shorter, simpler version of your practice still counts. It keeps you moving forward.

Make it stick:
Tie your practice to something you already do — meal times, coffee breaks or brushing your teeth.
Tiny habits, repeated often, create real change.

😎 Summer socials don’t get much better than this!

A huge thank you to our team for making this year’s staff summer social such a great day.

It was wonderful to welcome familiar faces and newcomers alike — especially those who were meeting each other for the first time. With plenty of team games, food, music and even a Murder Mystery session, it was a pleasure to host an afternoon of connection and fun.

GCU Research Study - Your Views on Exercise and MS

We’re supporting a new research study led by Glasgow Caledonian University, exploring how exercise can be better designed for people affected by MS.

The study is looking for people who use a wheelchair some or all of the time to take part in online focus groups, sharing their experiences and views on exercise and what support would be most helpful.

Your insight could help shape future exercise guidance and programmes for people living with MS.

To take part please contact ➡️ [email protected]

When you come to physio, it’s easy to feel like the goal is simply to get a plan and follow it. But real progress often depends on whether you’re working on the right problem in the first place.

Sometimes the barrier isn’t strength or time — it’s confidence, uncertainty, or something that hasn’t quite been fully understood yet.

That’s why we take time to get to the crux of the issue before pushing ahead.

Take a moment to reflect:
👉 Do I feel clear on what the real challenge is for me right now?
👉 And does my current plan directly target that?

If not, it might be worth exploring this with your physio — because the right focus makes all the difference.

As Scotland celebrates the Commonwealth Games, we’re celebrating Brian’s own sporting success and the progress he continues to make.

At the Fair City Games in Perth & Kinross, stroke survivor Brian Walsh delivered an incredible table tennis performance, taking 2nd place and winning 3 out of 4 matches!

Brian’s journey with NeuroPhysio Scotland has strengthened his balance, confidence and control — and today’s result shows just how far he’s come.

After their stroke, our client relied on a splint — but it limited more than it helped.

In this video, they share how switching to the FES L100 Go device has been groundbreaking for their recovery.

“I can drive the car, I can go to football matches and I went to the golf at Troon and walked over 6 miles.”

Real independence. Real progress. Real stories that show what’s possible with the right support.

We offer a range of FES devices and can guide you toward the option that best supports your recovery.
