m an operational background in leisure, and also work full time frontline for East Midlands Ambulance Service. All of our trainer assessor's are qualified through Nuco Training and the Royal Lifesaving Society UK, the UK's leading drowning prevention charity. As well as trainer assessors, we also have experienced mentors within our team who are able to guide and support new trainers through their probationary period.

We’re in London this week for more training! 🏙️

We have had a fantastic day today supporting the team at LOWLINE, delivering our Life-Threatening Bleeding CPD course.

Some excellent engagement and discussions surrounding high-risk events and risk of life-threatening bleeding 🩸

A practical and interactive course taught by pre-hospital clinicians, brining real life scenarios and experience into the classroom 🚑

When faced with a life-threatening bleed, you literally have MINUTES to SAVE A LIFE! 🚨

The team are now confident in recognising life-threatening bleeding, recognising the deteriorating casualty and hypovolaemic shock, pressure dressings, haemostatic dressings, and applying tourniquets. We tailored this course to our client, offering a bespoke training package based on their needs.

We are a little late uploading these due to going straight into night shifts on the 🚑 but a HUGE congratulations to our 12 Newly Qualified Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Open Water Lifeguards (and 5 renewals) who completed their intensive 3 days course over the bank holiday weekend at Spring Lakes Water Sports!! 💪

What a FANTASTIC three days of training in the gorgeous sunshine! ☀️

Not only did Adam also complete his renewal but it was a special day for us on Monday as we turned 10 YEARS OLD !! 🎉🥳

We spent yesterday supporting the Spring Lakes Water Sports team in completing their Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Aqua Park Module in preparation for the upcoming (busy) season.

An essential qualification for any Open Water Lifeguards working around Aqua Parks, discussing their associated risks, maintenance, and safe operation as well as rescue skills not routinely covered on the Open Water Lifeguard qualification.

Today, we’re busy going through all the changes to RLSS UK qualifications following the Resus Council 2025 update, in preparation for our first Open Water Lifeguard qualification starting tomorrow morning!

We can’t wait to see how this qualification has developed.

WHAT AN END TO A FANTASTIC WEEKEND IN THE GLORIOUS SUNSHINE ☀️ 🤩

10 Newly Qualified Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Open Water Lifeguards after a 3 day course at Field Head Farm Staffordshire!!

These guys are going to be working with Anna at this beautiful venue, making open water swimming accessible and safe!! 🛟

They absolutely smashed their assessment this afternoon after working incredibly hard with fantastic engagement throughout ❤️

It was a privilege to train you guys and get to know you over the duration of the course, thank you!
