Dont forget for our charity Joshua's Voice we have 2 events coming up to bring people together. This Saturday a drop in and chat berevement session between 2.30 and 4.30pm where self care packs will be given to those who participate. Then our summer fitness and fun event Sunday July 5th for which tickets are currently on sale at £10. There will be movement, art, raffle and hand reflexology tasters. Both at Canolfen Pentre Awel

I am fully booked for 1 to 1's until June 8th. After this there will be the occasional single slot so make sure to book in advance where possible. Thankyou. There are spaces in the group sessions currently but Monday evenings are pretty full 🩵

If anyone wants to attend the next Fundraiser for Joshuas Voice. Sunday July 5th, but doesnt attend PA dancefit, I will do a low cost prep class before the event at the Studio to give you a practice run on the dance moves if theres a few coming to support.. Drop a message!
