"I came to Battersea Place attracted to it being a retirement village but with independent living, having care available as needed at a later stage. I felt it took away any pressures my family might have and stop them worrying about me. I was able to come with my dog, and with Battersea Park just over the road, it has been easy for me to go for walks with her.

For me it has been the best decision I have made, I am with a group of residents who are happy to join in on the varied entertainment on offer."

🐾 Celebrating National Dog Day 🐾

They greet us with wagging tails, unconditional love and endless companionship – it's no wonder dogs hold such a special place in our hearts. ❤️

This National Dog Day, we're celebrating the incredible bond between people and their four-legged friends. Pets can bring comfort, reduce stress, encourage us to stay active and social, and provide a wonderful sense of purpose and routine.

At LifeCare Residences, we know that pets are family. That's why we're proud to offer pet-friendly communities, allowing many of our residents to continue enjoying life alongside their beloved companions.

" We have a domiciliary care function that supports residents and, as people grow older, should they need it we also have a nursing home here at The Albert Suites."
