Breast augmentation, keeping proportion in mind.

This patient wanted a subtle change in volume, not a dramatic shift in shape. We used a lower-profile implant sized conservatively against her existing breast width and tissue coverage, positioned in a dual-plane pocket to blend seamlessly with her own tissue at the upper pole.

Because the goal was volume without altering her natural silhouette, implant selection came down to base diameter and projection rather than size alone, matching the implant footprint to her chest wall was what kept the result looking like her, just fuller.

Small, well-planned changes often require more precision than larger ones. Every case is assessed individually, and augmentation doesn’t have to mean a dramatic transformation to be effective.

Every rhinoplasty I perform starts with a conversation about what someone actually wants to see when they look in the mirror - and it’s almost never “a different nose,” but a more balanced version of their own.

This patient had felt for years that their nose didn’t quite suit the rest of their face, drawing attention in a way they’d never been comfortable with. There was no interest in a dramatic transformation, just a nose that felt like it belonged.

I performed an open rhinoplasty, refining the tip and adjusting the dorsal profile to bring better proportion and balance to the face as a whole. Preserving strong structural support was a priority throughout, so the result would hold up naturally over time rather than simply looking smaller.

What matters most to me isn’t just the change in shape, but how naturally it now sits within their features. The profile is more refined, the tip better defined, and nothing about it looks altered for the sake of it.

They’ve told me that for the first time, they can look at photos of themselves without their nose being the first thing they notice, and that’s exactly the kind of result I aim for.

A straightforward breast augmentation for our patient, who wanted increased volume and a fuller, more balanced silhouette.

This was achieved using a 310cc round, moderate profile implant, placed submuscularly via a minimal incision using a muscle-split technique. This approach gives a smooth transition at the upper pole while keeping the result proportionate to her frame.

As with all augmentation procedures, the final result will continue to settle over the coming months as the implants soften into their natural position.

Rhinoplasty case: straightening a crooked nose, with subtle reprojection of the tip and refinement of the dorsal hump.

Shown immediately before and immediately after surgery.

Before surgery, this patient’s nose had a visible deviation, pulling the profile off-centre. Correcting that was the priority, alongside small adjustments to the tip and dorsal hump to bring everything into better proportion.

The changes are minor on their own, but together they make a real difference to symmetry and how the nose sits within the face. Nothing overdone, nothing that reads as “surgery,” just a straighter, more balanced result.
