Helping exhausted and busy women get more energy and get more done About me

After a long fertility journey and a thyroid diagnosis I became frustrated with conventional forms of medicine and looked for a different approach that would get me feeling good again. Through personal

research and then through studying to become a nutritional therapist I found that it was nutrition and lifestyle medicine that gave me the answers and the results I'd been after. And I'm passionate about making life easier and healthier for busy women. I have a thyroid health Facebook group (Get more energy | thyroid support for tired women) and I've appeared in the Guardian, the Telegraph and Stylist magazine. I can mostly be found at weekends snuggling on the sofa with my 7 and 4 year olds. Qualifications

I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London for my diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition. I am a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and of the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and am registered as a nutritional therapist with the UK regulator of complementary health practitioners, CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

Been told to accept things as they are?

You. don’t. have. to.

I’ve helped hundreds of hypothyroid women get their energy back by making simple tweaks to their lifestyle.

It’s all about supporting the making of thyroid hormone, and its journey to the cells.

Whether or not there is an autoimmune response (Hashimoto’s).

You can get your energy back, reduce your symptoms and start living again.

Comment NOW if you’re committed and ready to find out what your next steps are and I’ll reach out to you 😊

I wouldn’t say I was a proper manifester

But now I’m in midlife
Now I’ve overcome a chronic disease (hypothyroidism)
I see it has its place

Even as an amateur at it, I do know is that if you make it a focus and remind yourself on a daily basis of what you want to achieve, you will without realising it start to put into action what needs to happen in order for you to get there.

So how are you gonna remind yourself?

A photo of your dream house?
A picture of a mountain you’re gonna hike up?
An image of a plane ticket to Costa Rica?

You can also do this with affirmations, journalling or just a post-it reminder in your desk drawer

Give it a go and let me know when it works 🤩

This is the reality for most people with hypothyroidism.

They are given replacement thyroid hormone and told to take it for the rest of their life.

But the replacement synthetic thyroid hormone isn’t fixing anything. It’s just giving you some extra of what your body doesn’t have enough of.

This means that things are likely to get worse.

Unless you can turn things around yourself.

I’m talking about food and lifestyle changes that enable your body to work properly again, so your thyroid hormone can get to the cells, where it’s needed.

Have you thought about it this way before? 🫤

If you’d like to learn more and potentially make those changes yourself so you can fix the real problem and not just put a plaster over it, comment FIX and I’ll send you a message 😊

Selenium, ashwagandha, iodine, magnesium, smart protein…

These can have their place. And some are super important. But if you’re hypothyroid and feeling exhausted and you’re putting on weight and you don’t feel like yourself, it’s not going to solve the whole problem.

We’re used to expecting that there will be one single solution - it’s sort of how the medical system works (or doesn’t work, in the case of many with levothyroxine).

But it’s rarely just one thing.

Particularly if this has been going on a while.

Once one area isn’t working properly, there can be a cascade of other mechanisms that aren’t doing what they should.

This means we need a 360 degree approach.

We need to incorporate your nutrition, your sleep, your stress, your movement, your digestion, your hormone balance and the current environment in your body.

Hypothyroidism isn’t going to be fixed with just one supplement.

If you get that and you’re ready to look at the whole body and the whole issue, comment 360 and I’ll send you my free webinar which explains this further 😊

Look here 👀 👇

Loads of ladies I speak to are worried that some of them is gone

Maybe they are a bit less fun

Maybe they aren’t the extrovert they once were

Maybe they just aren’t interested as much as before

They are getting stuff done, but something’s missing

We might put up with this for a while but we shouldn’t

It’s possible to get yourself back

Your body just needs a bit of help aligning things

Crucial processes aren’t working

Elements are missing

It’s my job to identify which ones

Once we know that, we can give your body what it needs

And it starts working again

Thyroid hormone gets to the cells

The metabolism speeds up

You feel the buzzy energised feeling
You feel the joy

You feel you

Want to know more?

I have a webinar that explains what’s going on in more detail

Comment WEBINAR and I’ll send it to you

I find bone broths so handy to have in the cupboard. They come in cartons or in sachets that you add to hot water.

Perfect for hypothyroidies, they are consumed hot so you can warm your cockles while simultaneously supporting your bones, muscles and gut, and boosting your amino acid profile 😜
