Meet the team - Elliot 👋
Graduating with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from Coventry University, Elliot began his career in the private sector, where he developed a strong clinical foundation treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries.
Alongside private practice, Elliot has gained extensive experience working within high-performance sport. He has supported elite-level basketball players during title-winning seasons, worked with elite youth hockey players on pathways to England representation, and provided physiotherapy support for England polo players. These roles strengthened his understanding of the physical demands, pressures, and performance expectations placed on athletes at the highest level.
Football remains Elliot’s primary sporting passion. Having played since childhood, he has represented his university first team as both a player and physiotherapist, and continues to play competitively. This dual perspective as both clinician and athlete gives him a unique insight into football-specific injuries, performance demands, and rehabilitation — an area he particularly enjoys working in.
With a strong passion for rehabilitation and return-to-performance, Elliot focuses on getting people out of pain and moving confidently again by addressing individual biomechanics, movement quality, and contributing factors. He believes successful outcomes come from understanding how a person moves, trains, and lives — enabling them not only to recover from injury, but to achieve their targets and smash their goals.
