It's men's mental healthy month - This is a big one of me.
We have to understand if your not having a great time right now there is a solution.
The mind and the body are not separate - we have to understand that the solution to improving our perception on reality doesn't lay in the external world, but the world with in.
I know it's easy to say - hard to do!
But you can do it.
Start Small...
Eat more whole foods - lots of them
Walk more - blood flow is fantastic for the mind and body.
Lift something heavy - you don't need the perfect program.
Challenging your body physically creates a cascade of positive nurobiological and physiological changes that will improve your mood, give you the momentum to make further changes.
Move your mind away from needing overhaul!
Write down what makes you feel better every day.
Write down what's not working for you.
Repeating this will create clarity on where you need to go, what you need to do more of, and what you need to try and irradicate from your life.
May you find more peace in a world of kaos! May you heal from all that is unseen and unspoken.
