Common misconception is that "more pressure equals better results." Effective massage doesn't have to be painful. In many cases, pressure that's too intense can cause muscles to guard and tighten rather than relax.

🧡 This is why I like to mix it up with deep work to light swedish and going with the bodies reactions and temperature 🧡
