Have you received a letter, text or other message asking you to confirm your details with your GP practice?

📬 Please don’t ignore it. Respond within the deadline given and make sure your details are up to date.

If you don’t respond, you could be removed from your GP practice list without realising it. This means you would need to re-register before you can book a GP appointment.

If you haven’t contacted your GP practice in the last three years, it’s also a good idea to get in touch and make sure your details are still correct.
