How Reiki Helped Me Through The Toughest Times šŸ¤

Letā€™s start with griefā€¦ because thatā€™s where this journey began for me.
And somehow, I now find myself walking that path againā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

When grief feels heavy, Reiki became more than just a treatment for me.
It became comfort. A moment to breathe. A way to feel held when life felt overwhelming.

It helped me:

šŸ¤slow my racing mind
šŸ¤reconnect with myself
šŸ¤feel moments of peace amongst the pain
šŸ¤trust the signs I was receiving
šŸ¤protect my energy during hard days

šŸ¦‹self-Reiki helped me through the moments my heart started racing. Some days holding crystals close for comfort and grounding.
Some days it was simply surrounding myself with light-minded, positive people who lifted me up instead of draining me.

No negativity here šŸ¤

This journey inspired me to create two eBooks from the heart:
āœØ one around self-Reiki and crystals for guidance and support
āœØ and one focused on self-Reiki through grief, for those trying to navigate loss gently

āœØBecause healing doesnā€™t mean ā€œgetting over it.ā€
It means learning how to carry life differentlyā€¦ with support, softness and space to feel.

Thatā€™s why I do what I do.
Because sometimes people donā€™t need fixing, they just need a safe space to exhale & just bešŸŖ½

Loss doesnā€™t just break your heart ā™„ļø
It changes everything.

šŸŖ½How you think.
šŸŖ½How you feel.
šŸŖ½Who you are.

It rewires you in ways you never saw coming.

You start to see life differentlyā€¦Realising how fragile it all is and how tomorrow is never promised.

We come into this world with nothing,and we leave with nothing.

I lost my mum at 36, and my dad just before I turned 40.

Now Iā€™m stepping into my 40s without my parentsā€¦and itā€™s hard.
Itā€™s strange.
Itā€™s confusing at times.

And maybe people will think Iā€™m madā€¦but I ask them for signs. And they show mešŸŖ½šŸ¦‹

A hedge sparrowā€¦ )of all the birds) Muriel, on the side of a building.
Dragonflies at Chatsworth Gardensā€¦both times I asked for those exact signs, they appeared. And lots moreā€¦.

Call it what you want, but to me, itā€™s comfort.
Itā€™s connection.
Itā€™s knowing theyā€™re still with me in some wayšŸŖ½šŸ¤

And thatā€™s why I do what I doā€¦

Because if I can help even one person feel less alone,
more connected to themselvesā€¦then something good can grow from this pain.

Weā€™re not meant to do this alone šŸ¤šŸ„°
