We are passionate about changing people’s funeral experiences for the better and believe that the space, peace and comfort needed at such times can be found in a natural setting. A funeral at a natural burial ground is somehow gentler, more relaxed and less stressful. Expressing individuality at a funeral can be accommodated at a natural burial ground more easily than at a

crematorium or local cemetery. In recent research by a big chain of funeral directors modern funerals are described as 'celebrations' but in our experience funerals are still funerals. Someone has died, and everyone feels pretty low but the scope for saying goodbye in your own way is enormous and this is where we can help. There is nothing we don't know about what is possible and/or allowed! Our natural burial grounds are rural places where the use of the land for burials is complementary to the traditional use of the land as pasture, meadow or woodland. They are real landscapes, not artificially landscaped parks.
