We’ll be exploring confidence, strengths, and the things that make you, you in a relaxed, creative and supportive space.

No pressure to share or take part in anything that feels uncomfortable. Come along, have a go, or just use the space and see what it’s about.

🌿 Rekindle Services Across Newtown & Welshpool 🌿

Rekindle was created to support young people with their mental health and wellbeing, offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for young people aged 16–25.

Over time, our services have grown to include counselling, wellbeing support, art therapy, groups and activities which aim to help young people build confidence, find support, and feel less alone 💛

We’re now offering support across both Newtown and Welshpool, as well as remote support, so more young people can access help in a way that works for them.

Whether you’re looking for one-to-one support, a creative wellbeing space, or somewhere relaxed to meet others, Rekindle is here to help.

🍓 Strawberry Tea Reminder 🍓

We have a lovely afternoon planned for next Sunday 21st June, and there are still tickets available!

Join us for a relaxed Strawberry Tea at Cwm Weeg Gardens in beautiful surroundings, with lots included in the ticket price. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, tasty treats, and a chance to enjoy a peaceful afternoon while supporting Rekindle 💛

Cwm Weeg Gardens is a beautiful National Garden Scheme garden, offering a peaceful setting full of colour, character and seasonal charm. It’s the perfect place to slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and spend a relaxed afternoon in nature while supporting a lovely community event.

It’s the perfect opportunity to get together with friends, enjoy the gardens, and support young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

Our summer poster for Newtown Hub is here, with a range of scheduled activities running throughout the season 🌈

As always, there is no pressure to take part in the planned activity if it’s not your thing. You’re welcome to come along just to use the space, relax, and spend time in a safe and supportive environment 💛

There’s also plenty available in the hub, including:
🎮 Games
🎨 Colouring
🎱 Pool
🏒 Air hockey
🏓 Table tennis
🥤 Free drinks and snacks

If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch. You’re very welcome to come in and meet people first, have a look at the space when it’s quiet, and chat about any support you might need to make coming along feel easier.

It was lovely to connect with people, chat about what Rekindle offers, and share ways young people can get involved in activities, support, and safe spaces across Powys 🌈
