"Without a doubt, she is the best receptionist I've ever dealt with and has gone above and beyond to help me. I was starting to lose hope with an NHS physiotherapy referral, but she has been the only person who has truly listened and genuinely tried to help. I can't thank her enough. Priory Medical Group, you are incredibly lucky to have her. The world would be a much better place if there were more people like Lisa in customer-facing roles".
