Calm Bodies, Rested Minds: Helping Children Sleep Better Through Emotional Regulation & Connection
You’ve ’tried everything’. Different bedtime routines, making adjustments to the sleeping environment, managing technology and diet, reward chats and incentives, reading online sleep advice, but still your child struggles to sleep and you’re exhausted!!
But what if there was a piece of the puzzle missing?
When children struggle to settle, stay asleep, or feel calm at night, emotional regulation, connection, and a sense of safety can play a significant role.
Which is why I’ve created a workshop to explore this missing link; Calm Bodies, Rested Minds: Helping Children Sleep Better Through Emotional Regulation & Connection
In this supportive and practical workshop, we’ll explore the powerful link between emotions and sleep, helping parents and caregivers better understand what children need to feel calm, secure, and ready for rest.
Together, we’ll look at:
* How emotional regulation affects sleep
* Why connection and co-regulation matter at bedtime
* Common reasons children struggle to settle at night
* Practical strategies to create calmer evenings and more restful nights
* Ways to support children through worries, anxieties, and big feelings that can emerge at bedtime
This workshop combines evidence-informed approaches with gentle, realistic strategies that can be used at home to support children’s emotional wellbeing and sleep.
Suitable for parents, carers, and professionals supporting children.
Join us to discover how nurturing emotional connection can help create calmer bodies, rested minds, and better sleep for the whole family.
This is the very first time this workshop is available to book. It has only been delivered in schools to parents so far.
There’s only 10 spaces available and I expect them to go quickly!
