Feetology Reflexology, Reiki, Bergman Method Facial Reflexology The theory is that reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy which is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing. Usually, after a treatment your tension may be reduced and you might feel relaxed. You might also notice yourself sleeping better and find your mood and sense of wellbeing improving. Flexible appointments available
Initial Appointment 1 hour First treatment includes taking medical history £50. Treatments thereafter, 1 hour consultation time with 45 minutes treatment time, £50 per session or 3 x 1Hr Sessions for only £135.

If you are looking for something cleaner to wash your laundry with try the Ecoegg. So easy to use and saves measuring out the Detergent etc. They also have a fragrance free one available. Using fewer chemicals in the home can make a huge difference to your health especially if you have a chronic health condition.
