Happy New Year! Here’s to 2026 being amazing!

Are you ready to start the new year on the right path for you?

Hypnotherapy is helpful with your New Year’s resolutions, whether it’s eating healthier or giving up your v**e.
It’s like making a healthy salad and that little voice in your head is still saying “it’d be quicker to go grab a burger and have a v**e in the car”.

Aligning your subconscious mind with your conscious decision, clearing away the negative patterns so you can reach your goal. Giving your willpower a little boost!

A good night’s sleep is so important for your health and general wellbeing.
Sleep difficulties affect your daily life, mood and stress levels
A hypnotherapy session is a safe environment where you can talk about anything, without judgement. Sometimes just talking about it helps to relieve the load on your shoulders.
You can also learn some relaxation techniques to let go of the daily stresses.
If there has been a long term issue with sleep it is helpful to identify the root cause, let go of any unhelpful patterns and establish a more restful bedtime routine

A little introduction about me and Ohana.

My name is Trish and I am 48. Born in Portugal, been in the UK since I was 11 and moved to Lincolnshire in 2006. I established Jello’s in 2008 where my main focus is now holistic treatments like tailored massage and recently added Hypnotherapy when I qualified as part of my studies of Psychotherapy (not a qualified counsellor, yet).

I am a huuuuggge Stitch fan from the Lilo & Stitch film.

“Ohana” means family. Family means no one gets left behind or forgotten.

That includes “you”! Hypnotherapy is a very helpful way to explore your beliefs and the values that we inherited in childhood, as a process of evaluating how those impact your life now.

For example:

“You must clear your plate, don’t waste food” bypasses your internal awareness of when you are full, which can lead to over eating.

Hypnotherapy for weight loss is not a nutritional plan to lose weight. Most people know if you eat less and exercise more, you can lose weight.
In identifying the reasons why you might over eat or self sabotage you can recognise your history with food and with hypnosis reprogram your subconscious mind to be aligned with your goal.

This can be applied to other areas in your life, like anxiety/ stress / sleep difficulties/ quitting smoking or va**ng and much more…

A little reminder for us all ☺️

Just popping up to say hi! 🐋

This wonderful whale picture reminds us that a huge thing can exist but not take over the space around us. This could be stress, grief, a habit you want to quit, or anything you hold with you every day. Whilst those feelings can be huge and feel all-encompassing up close, by creating a little distance and stepping back from the situation, you can see there is more space in your world for more positive, happy moments. 🐋

Take a moment to assign those feelings to this whale, as it dives back into the ocean, allow those feelings to swim with it. They may surface from time to time, and it is important to acknowledge them, say hi to your whale, take a deep breath, and allow those feelings to swim away again. 🐋

Allow yourself space to feel happy, joyful and grateful. You deserve it. 🐋
