This piece of feedback is so important to us. It shows us that the work we do really makes an impact on the children and young people we support. Being able to provide a safe space where young people feel like they can open up to us is pivotal

On Monday all the staff at Compass Rise had a team away day at Newmillerdam Country Park!

This was a very productive day filled with lots of positive conversations about what we offer as a service and how this is delivered.

We also found the time to go for a nice wellbeing walk at lunchtime around the lake.

It was so lovely to come together as a whole team and spend some time together outside of the office.
