Yoga Fun in the sun and under the blue skies on Saturday. I hosted a 'mini retreat' morning joined by the most loveliest of ladies. Thank you to you all. It was so good to see you on your mats. We were also joined by a very special little 'boy' (Flanagan) afterwards. He is a delightful 12 week old Labrador in training to be a Guide Dog 👏🏻 he was impeccably behaved. I would like to also thank Paul & Pauline for all their valuable help in making the morning possible in their beautiful garden. You are all wonderful and I am truly grateful 🙏🏼 I Look forward to us all coming together again soon. With Love, Susan 🧘🏻‍♀️xx

‘You used to say, that there will come a day, when I’m grown up, and won’t need you so much. And whilst it’s true, that I’m grown up, you couldn’t have been more wrong, to think my need for you would be gone. After all these years, I still need you as much as ever. There is no job too big, you couldn’t fix. And no problem, that you couldn’t make better. I used to look up at you, with your arm around me. Taller I may be, but you’re still my hero; that could never change with time. No matter what life has in store, good or not so good, there will never be a day that I don’t need you Dad. Fifteen years today 🙏🏼 you had to say goodbye. Forever though, in my heart. xx
