We’re so pleased to feature The Sandford Dental Implant & Cosmetic Centre in Bexleyheath as our latest Shout of the Month.
This one means a lot to me personally, because it’s the dentist I chose for their more biological, holistic approach to care. Dr Kat Shaffie looks at the whole person, not just the teeth, and that was a big reason I made the change.
I’m also planning to have my amalgam fillings removed with Kat, and what really stood out is that she follows all the proper safety protocols — which is such a contrast to my previous experience. Feeling safe, cared for and properly looked after has made all the difference.
My experience so far has been 5 star, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, more holistic approach to dentistry.

What a brilliant day supporting the Source to Sea charity event at The Dial Arch on the Royal Arsenal.
On the 19th, our team — Adam, Katrina and Dharmesh — were out in the sunshine offering post-run massages to some of the runners taking part in this fantastic challenge. It was a pleasure to help with recovery and be part of such a positive community event for a great cause.

Our local British farmers work tirelessly day in and day out to produce some of the highest quality food in the world. 🚜🌾 Yet, so much of what we see on supermarket shelves is imported from thousands of miles away.

Supporting our own farms not only secures our food supply but also keeps our local communities and economy thriving! 🇬🇧

16 years in the Royal Arsenal.

It’s been a while since I checked in, so I thought I’d say hello.

We’ve been operating out of the Royal Arsenal for 16 years now, and it’s been a privilege to help so many of you—whether that’s been sorting out a persistent injury or just helping you decompress after a long week.

We aren't a big corporate outfit. We’re just a local team trying to keep the community moving and feeling a bit better.

Not just backs. Not just hands.
This patient got in touch with a photo of their finger injury and asked if we could help. We were happy to assess it and use acupuncture and taping as part of the treatment plan. It’s a nice reminder that we see all sorts of problems, not just low back pain.
