Years in the making… our team took a walkthrough of The Pitau last week. Walking through the framed corridors is the best way to truly feel the development’s uniqueness: its position, views, signature curves, not to mention the sheer scale, detail and complexity of the build - there’s been nothing quite like this in New Zealand before.

Photos don't do these 2.75m+ ceiling heights justice; nothing replaces standing in the spaces yourself. We also caught the sun going down behind Mount Maunganui on a beautiful Tauranga winter's day and we can’t wait for future residents to enjoy this exact view every single evening.

The timeless beauty of European oak elevates any space. Featuring natural warm tones and stunning grain variations, it is pre-finished with a UV-resistant matte lacquer to ensure it stays beautiful for longer.

Because it is designed for demanding environments, its 4mm solid oak wear layer is paired with a moisture-resistant plywood backing. This creates a 15mm thickness that actively resists warping and expansion, making it ideal for areas with fluctuating humidity or temperature.
