In one month today, I will leave chilly Porto for a little 'HELLO' in South Africa.

If you are in Jo'burg and would enjoy a facial between the 20th - 28th February, please let me know. I have a couple of spots still available.

The difference between saying “I want … or I need…” to saying “I choose …” makes all the difference. Wanting and needing creates more want and need. Choosing is a clear message, a decision to choose something and sets it into motion energetically. When we changed our words from “We want to move to Europe” to “We choose Portugal” the process sped up and suddenly, within a matter of months we arrived here, in this beautiful country we now call home.

Choose joy, choose health, choose a new life direction. Whatever it is, become aware of your thoughts and language. 🤍
