Amy Duchsherer is a bird and bumblebee enthusiast who loves to wander in her yard, admiring her garden visitors. She loves native plants and is slowly reclaiming her yard as a prairie.
Karen Hooge Michalka grew up close to nature in northern North Dakota and takes delight in getting to know the world around us. As we learn about plants, bugs, weather patterns, and critters, we learn about ourselves.

Wanting to thank our wonderful clients that allow us to sit with them and work to make effectual and positive changes.

We also want to thank all of our awesome clinicians for the hard work they do in being a mental health provider and showing up to meet our clients where they are at. We are beyond lucky to love what we do!

Mother's Day can be a beautiful day of thanks and also a day of sadness and difficulty for those who may not experience motherhood in the way they had hoped or wished. We also may struggle with grief with those we've lost. You are all loved and appreciated!

Donations are being accepted for for individuals and families displaced by the fire at the Alberta Heights apartment building on Lockport Street during the evening of May 4. Please note scams related to this incident have already begun appearing, and residents are urged to donate only through trusted and established relief partners.

Spring reminds us that change is possible.
