Each day consists of 4 x 90-minute sessions with intentional breaks to allow for recovery and processing without losing momentum!
After your intensive, you'll have tools, clarity, and momentum.
Whether you continue with the 90-day check-in plan or move forward solo is up to you. No long-term commitment required.
