Please keep these families, their friends, classmates, first responders, and our entire community in your thoughts. Be gentle with one another, offer extra support, and remember that no one has to navigate grief alone.

💙 Holding Our Community Close 💙

Our community is facing an unimaginable loss, and there simply aren’t enough words for a time like this.

Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones who are grieving, the students and friends who are hurting, the first responders and emergency personnel who responded, and everyone whose heart has been touched by this tragedy.

When young lives are lost, the impact reaches far beyond one family. It is felt in classrooms, hallways, homes, teams, workplaces, and throughout our entire community.

Please remember to check in on one another. Give your kids a little extra hug. Reach out to a friend. Sit with someone who is hurting. And if you’re struggling, please know that you do not have to carry it alone.

There is no “right” way to process a tragedy like this. Grief can look different for everyone, and sometimes simply having someone there makes all the difference.

We are holding our community, these families, the first responders and everyone affected in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. 💙

Be gentle with yourself. Be there for one another. We’re a community, and we don’t have to walk through the hard moments alone.

🇺🇸 September 11, 2001

Today, we pause at ARC Counseling to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We especially honor the first responders, military members, and their families whose courage, sacrifice, and service continue to shape our communities.

As a counseling practice, we know that difficult experiences don’t always end when the event is over. Grief, trauma, memories, and the weight of loss can stay with us for years. Today is a reminder to extend compassion to ourselves and to those around us, and to remember that it’s okay to ask for support.

We remember the lives lost.
We honor those who served.
We hold space for those still carrying the weight of that day.

September 11, 2001. We remember. We honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

Mental health care should be accessible.

At ARC Counseling, we know that cost can sometimes prevent people from taking the first step toward getting support. That's why we're excited to expand access to care by offering FREE counseling services with our supervised graduate counseling intern.

Sierra our intern is a graduate-level counseling student completing advanced clinical training under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor. This means you'll receive compassionate, evidence-based care while also helping support the education of a future mental health professional.

What to know:
🤍 Counseling sessions are free of charge
🤍 No insurance is required
🤍 Services are supervised by a licensed professional counselor
🤍 Limited appointments will be available

✨ Meet Sierra! ✨

I’m so excited to officially welcome Sierra to ARC Counseling as our Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern! 💚

Sierra brings a warm, compassionate presence and a genuine passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. As she continues her graduate training, she is excited to grow her clinical skills while supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through a variety of life experiences.

I’m especially excited to have Sierra join ARC because she shares our belief that counseling is about creating a safe space, building connection, and helping people recognize their own strengths and resilience.
