We're hiring for Resident Support Specialists for our Women’s Lighthouse Residence and Renaissance Addiction Services programs.

Ann Eldemire is one of our Senior RSS Specialists who joined BestSelf more than 20 years ago and continues to make a lasting difference every day. If you have a similar passion for giving back, come join the BestSelf team!

In this role, you’ll help create a safe, supportive living environment by encouraging residents to build everyday life skills, join activities, and work toward greater independence. You’ll welcome new residents, offer encouragement and guidance, step in to help during tough moments, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the program. No vehicle is required for this role. There is a bus route that stops at the Women's Lighthouse & Renaissance Addiction Services Campus.

We offer:
$18/hour starting pay
Extra pay for evening and overnight shifts
Full-time and part-time openings
Evening (4 PM–12 AM) and Overnight (12 AM–8 AM) shifts
