Burnout doesn’t always look like completely running on empty.

Sometimes it looks like feeling more irritable, disconnected, overwhelmed, or exhausted than usual. If any of these feel familiar, take it as a chance to pause and check in with yourself. What has been taking more out of you than you have capacity for lately?

Save this as a reminder. 💛

Everyone has their own way of preparing for a full day. 🤍

We asked our team what helps them get mentally and emotionally ready for sessions. Here’s what they said...

Sometimes, two things can be true at the same time.

Your feelings don’t have to fit into one box, and you don’t have to choose just one truth.

September is Su***de Prevention Month. 💜

Su***de prevention starts with creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest about what they’re going through.

We may not always know what someone is carrying, and we may not always know what to say. But being present, checking in, and letting someone know they matter can make a meaningful difference.

This month, let’s make room for the conversations that can be difficult to have. A little more openness, a little more compassion, and a little more willingness to check in can go a long way.

If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 988 for free, confidential support, available 24/7.

💜 Let’s keep the conversation going.

Fight, flight, freeze, and fawn are ways our nervous system may respond when we perceive danger or feel overwhelmed.

These responses can look different depending on whether we feel regulated or activated. What may be a strength when we're regulated can sometimes become a protective response when we're activated.

Most importantly, these responses aren't character flaws. They're ways our nervous system has learned to protect us. 🤍
