OCD is more than being “neat” or “organized.” It can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating. But we’re here to tell you: you’re not alone.

At ChangeWell Psych, we provide compassionate, evidence-based OCD therapy to help you break free from intrusive thoughts, compulsions, anxiety, reassurance seeking, and the cycles that keep OCD going. Our therapists use proven approaches like ERP therapy (Exposure and Response Prevention) to support lasting change and recovery.

If you’ve been struggling with obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, perfectionism, fear, or constant mental checking, you don’t have to manage it alone. Healing is possible, and compassionate, professional support can make a real difference.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re taking a look at the quiet struggles of high-functioning depression and anxiety. People may appear productive, successful, and like they’re doing great externally — but internally contend with feelings of sadness, fatigue, and emptiness.

Our newest blog post highlights this version of suffering that often goes unaddressed because it is praised for being productive. But we believe that you don’t need to be at the point of crisis to deserve self-care and support. Head over to changewellpsych.com/blog to learn more about what steps you can take towards hope, healing, and change.

To honor the three-year anniversary of ChangeWell Psych, we celebrated all the seeds of healing and community that have been planted by turning our office into our very own farmer’s market for the day!

Guests showed up wearing their favorite, funkiest apron, enjoyed yummy treats, and built their personal bouquet of springtime blooms. We raised funds via ’s Mimosa Party for , a Charlotte-based nonprofit feeding families, caring for animals, assisting unhoused community members, and so much more.

The day was such a beautiful celebration of hope, change, warmth & togetherness, and we are excited for what the future holds! Thank you to all who showed up and joined us on our special day. We’re still raising funds and would love for you to be a part of it — find our donation page for HUG at the link in our bio!

This year, National Eating Disorders Awareness Week takes place February 23–March 1, 2026, with the theme Every BODY Belongs. Eating disorders affect 30 million Americans across all ages, sizes, races, genders, and backgrounds. Too often, people go unseen or unsupported due to stigma, misinformation, and barriers to care. This , we come together to fight for change, commit to change, and remind everyone that every body belongs.

In honor of , join us for an informal, moderated conversation exploring the intersections of food, movement, and mental health.

This discussion brings together a registered dietitian, a physical therapist, and a psychologist to reflect on how different disciplines approach care - and how providers and community members alike can reduce harm and support more compassionate relationships with food and body.

This conversation is open to anyone interested in weight-inclusive, non-diet perspectives. This is not a training or a space for prescriptive advice, but a reflective dialogue centered on curiosity, collaboration, and care. It’s a totally free, virtual event that we would love to see you at! RSVP for free today by clicking the link in our bio (pre-registration is required to receive the login link)
