Apparently today is both World Bicycle Day AND Global Running Day.
Earlier I gave a shout-out to the cyclists. 🚴
Now I'd like to offer a formal apology to my fellow runners. 🏃♂️🏃♀️
As someone who has run 12 marathons, I should probably have known better.
So here's to everyone logging miles today—whether you're training for a race, chasing a PR, running with friends, or just trying to outrun stress, aging, and that second donut.
Running is one of the simplest ways to improve your health, clear your mind, and remind yourself that you're capable of more than you think.
