Our comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation center offers multiple rehabilitative therapy services: Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Covid Rehabilitation, Balance Therapy, Physical Therapy, Therapy for Autonomic Disorders, Occupational therapy, and more.

We’re excited to welcome the newest member of the Advantage Therapy & Sleep Centers team to our Washington Township location.

Cody Kulik, PT, DPT, brings focused experience working with patients who require physical therapy with a more specialized, gradual approach, including those with:

• Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)
• Hypermobility syndromes
• Pulmonary disorders
• Orthopedic conditions

His approach emphasizes individualized progression, joint stabilization, and careful management of symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, and exercise intolerance.

This is the same specialized care model we’ve successfully delivered in our other location— now available in the Sewell area!
