BTS! we got on the jumbotron with our declaration that “아줌마 rising loves BTS!”

Ajumma Rising is our gang of Asian American misfit aunties. We flash mob, eat K food, and hang like the cool aunties we are 🫰🏽

there’s a promise we investigated at the Obama Foundation museum. a national promise of equality and opportunity and hope.
✌🏽
we found it in bits and scenes. some exhibits struck me as over indulgent marketing. some made me cry, moved by the authenticity of struggle and belief.
🙏🏽
Barack Obama was a centrist president who also did harm. however i am deeply moved by the symbolism of his presidency, his genuine desire to help, and the depth of his connection with Michelle Obama - what an inspirational couple! now that’s teamwork!

smooth, summertime yoga and yoga nidra is just what we’re up to. join me for a balanced practice for the body and well being.

practice breath-centered yoga postures, then deeply rest in yoga nidra, yoga sleep. you’re guided through a systematic relaxation of the brain and the body, allowing for deep and meaningful relaxation that connects you to something bigger.

if money’s an issue, let me know! i hope to see you for these balanced, summertime yoga practices.
