Significant weight loss is an incredible achievement but loose skin can be frustrating 💙 This patient lost substantial weight and was bothered by excess skin on her inner thighs.

A medial thigh lift removed that loose skin and created smoother, more contoured thighs. The incision goes down the inner thigh from groin to knee, but isn't visible from the front.

We wish we could say "you'll be a 36C after surgery" but that would be doing you a disservice. Here's why 👇

Bra sizing varies *wildly* by brand and style. A C in one brand is a D in another. A push-up bra will make you look completely different than a sports bra in the same size. We can absolutely target a look, and a proportion, but the letter on the tag? That's up to the bra manufacturers. 😅

One of the most common things we hear: "I want to be a C." And we love that clarity but here's what most people don't know about how bra sizes actually work 👇

Bra size = band size + cup size. A 34C and a 38C are completely different volumes. Cup size is relative to your band, not a fixed measurement. So when we're planning your surgery, we're not just picking a letter.
