We're proud to partner with Under Armour and Baltimore City Schools for the third annual Project Rampart on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

This free event helps remove one of the biggest barriers keeping student-athletes out of sports: the required sports physical. For many families, the cost of a physical can make participation difficult. Project Rampart helps change that by providing free sports physicals and connecting families to important health resources.

In addition to physicals, our physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, athletic trainers, and associates will offer screenings, educational materials, and information on nutrition, injury prevention, and local healthcare services. Under Armour will also host a Student Athlete Celebration with giveaways and gear, including sports bras.

Last year, Project Rampart provided free sports physicals to more than 800 Baltimore City students.

Event details:
When: Saturday, June 6, 2026
Time: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Under Armour Global Headquarters, 101 Performance Drive, Baltimore, MD 21230-2080

This event is free for Baltimore City middle and high school student-athletes. Students should pre-register and bring the downloadable physical form from the Baltimore City Schools website.

This Aphasia Awareness Month, we’re looking back on our incredible Neuro Awareness Night with the Washington Wizards. We had the privilege of hosting our patient, Kitti Tong, who is living with aphasia, a neurological condition that affects communication and is often caused by a brain injury or stroke.

By sharing her story with fans, Kitti reminded us that behind every diagnosis is a person with a family and a care team walking alongside them.

According to Dr. Allen Taylor, cardiologist, they may be convenient, but they can take a real toll on your blood pressure.

So, what's a better choice? Dr. Taylor recently explained to PARADE Magazine why pistachios deserve a spot on your pantry shelf. The crunchy, savory nut just might be the satisfying and heart-smart swap you need.
