Think AI belongs only in the IT department? Think again. 💡

As AI continues to reshape the landscape of business, we need to shift our perspective. The role of the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) isn’t just about managing code: it’s about leadership, policy, and strategic governance.

With my background in law, policy, and executive coaching, I’ve seen firsthand how high-impact decisions require more than technical expertise. They require a vision that aligns innovation with organizational values and legal frameworks. AI governance is a leadership issue. It’s about setting the standard and building the systems that ensure technology serves people, not the other way around.
