✨ Exciting news for Durham & Chapel Hill therapists! ✨

The Raleigh Therapist Club is expanding! I’m so excited to be leading the new Durham/Chapel Hill chapter of the Triangle Therapist Club and helping create more opportunities for therapists in our area to connect, collaborate, and build community.

We’re kicking things off with a Durham Vision Building Meetup on September 18!☕

📆 Friday, September 18
⏰ 2:30–4:00 PM
📍Namu | Durham, NC

This gathering is for Durham/Chapel Hill-area therapists who want to help shape what this new chapter can look like in 2027. We’ll connect, share ideas, talk about future events, and explore opportunities to get involved as event partners.

Whether you’ve been part of the Raleigh Therapist Club community or are brand new, I’d love to have you join us!

Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP!

🧡 $20 for 20 Years.
Today, I'm asking for one simple thing.
As Carolina Resource Center for Eating Disorders celebrates 20 years of developing and connecting resources to assist and advocate for those impacted by eating disorders, would you consider making a $20 donation in honor of this milestone?
Every gift helps us provide hope, education, advocacy, and support to individuals and families across North Carolina.
If you're unable to give today, you can still make a difference by sharing this post. Every donation and every share helps us reach someone who needs us.
Thank you for supporting CRC for ED and helping us continue this important work.
🧡 $20 for 20 years. Every gift matters.

Twenty years ago, the Carolina Resource Center for Eating Disorders was founded with a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to face an eating disorder alone.
Today, I'm incredibly grateful to serve as President of the Board while also witnessing this work through my own clinical practice.

Every day, I meet individuals and families who remind me why our mission matters: developing and connecting resources to assist and advocate for those impacted by eating disorders.
Recovery is real. Hope is real. And organizations like CRC help make both possible by ensuring that individuals, families, professionals, and communities have access to education, support, and connection.

As we kick off our 20th Anniversary Campaign, I'd be so grateful if you'd follow along, share our posts, and consider supporting this important work. Together, we can help ensure that no one has to navigate an eating disorder alone.

Thank you for being part of this community and for celebrating 20 years of hope, advocacy, and recovery with us. 🧡

As Eating Disorder Awareness Week comes to a close, I’m proud to share something deeply meaningful….Fearless Foundations Counseling, PLLC is officially live!!!

The name of my practice was inspired by this quote:
“To me, fearless is having fears. Fearless is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, fearless is living in spite of those things that scare you to death. Fearless is getting back up and fighting for what you want over and over again. It’s fearless to have faith that someday things will change. Letting go is fearless.” ~Taylor Swift

(Coincidentally, the first Taylor Swift concert I went to was her Fearless tour in 2010. 🫶🏼)

That’s what recovery looks like…
It’s not the absence of fear.
It’s choosing to move forward anyway.
It’s rebuilding, again and again, until something steady begins to form.

Fearless Foundations was created for that kind of work: specialized, compassionate care for eating disorders, trauma, and co-occurring concerns, rooted in courage and built with intention.

When you or someone you know are ready to start building something steady, I’m here to walk with you.
