Today, our EI Director and Educator, Stacey Miller, shares the benefits of involving your children in household chores.

She says "Having your little one help sort laundry is a great way to introduce color matching. Helping to set the table for mealtimes is a way to introduce simple counting skills. These activities not only promote development such as cognitive development, fine motor skills, independence, and responsibility, they also help children feel valued as a family member."

Jackie Miller, our Marketing & Clinical Liaison, joined SENDCAA Head Start at their annual summer kickoff picnic while celebrating another successful school year with families! Head Start provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, and family support services for low-income families and children with disabilities.

Kids enjoyed fun, interactive games hosted by community organizations, including Pediatric Partners. Fun was had by all as families connected, played, and celebrated the start of summer together!
