🔹 3. We accept most major insurances. You don’t have to pay entirely out of pocket to get premium, data-driven care. Most health insurance plans cover physical therapy treatments, making routine body maintenance incredibly accessible.

🔹 4. Open to the public (No gym membership required!). Even though our clinics are located inside premier athletic spaces like Courts Plus Community Fitness in Fargo, you do NOT need to be a member of the gym to see us. Our doors are wide open to everyone.

Whether you are recovering from injury, trying to improve your posture, or looking to build a stronger foundation for your workouts, this fundamental movement is a game-changer.

🏋️‍♂️ How to Do It:
The Bucket Visual: Imagine your pelvis is a bucket full of water.
The Movement: Tilt your hips backward so you "tuck" your tailbone under, making sure not to spill any water out of the front.
Versatility: You can practice this standing, seated, or laying down (supine). Tip: Standing is a bit more challenging!
