🌿 Community Gathering at Yogi Union 🌿

From our friends at Wild Zen Yoga:
Sometimes life asks us to pivot.

While we’re heartbroken that Wild Zen Yoga Fest couldn’t happen this weekend as planned, one thing hasn’t changed—our desire to gather, support one another, and create space for connection.

This Saturday, we’d love to invite you to an afternoon of community at Yogi Union in Grand Rapids.

- Saturday, July 18
- 4:00–8:00 PM
- Yogi Union | Grand Rapids, MI

Several beloved Wild Zen instructors will be joining us to hold space and offer an afternoon of gentle movement, yoga, meditation, music, breathwork, dance, and connection.

Rather than a structured schedule, we’ll allow the evening to unfold organically—following what feels nourishing in the moment and creating space for both movement and stillness.

Whether your heart is feeling heavy from the recent changes or you’re simply longing to gather with kind-hearted people, know that you are welcome.

This gathering is offered as a love offering. There is no ticket to purchase—simply come as you are. If you feel called, donations in support of the instructors and healing modalities being shared will be gratefully accepted, but are never expected.

Wild Zen has always been more than a festival—it’s a community. And community shows up for one another.

We hope you’ll join us as we create a little Wild Zen magic together. Carrie Labarge The Yogi Union

Better? How could that be?? Well, our Acupuncturists are literally trained to work with needles and the body’s response to them. Not all micro/nano needling services are created equally, so it’s important to understand exactly what you’re getting. Acupuncturists are the only practitioners licensed to perform full depth microneedling to support the skin on the outside AND targeted acupuncture to support the skin from the inside-OUT. It’s truly a win-win for your skin and wellbeing ✨

Microneedling has been a hot topic over recent years, but did you know that we offer it here at GR Wellness? The origins of this treatment are rooted in acupuncture, and just like everything else, we take a holistic approach. By combining traditional acupuncture techniques and modern microneedling technology, we are able to provide an inside-out style of treatment.

If you’re interested in booking a session, calling our office is the best way to get scheduled at the moment. We are still figuring out the best way to setup online booking without impacting our other services.

Chiropractic care is a non-invasive, drug-free approach focusing on the spine and nervous system. Primary benefits include targeted pain relief (especially for back, neck, and joint pain), improved joint mobility, and better posture. Those who initiated long-term care for chronic low back pain by seeking chiropractic care compared with initially seeking opioid analgesics experience significantly lower rates of hospitalizations, emergency department visits, advanced diagnostic imaging, specialist visits, lumbosacral surgery, interventional pain medicine techniques, i.e., a reduced escalation of care. Ongoing chiropractic care, even after the initial pain symptoms improve, will likely continue to impact somatosensory networks, the default mode network, and potentially the salience network, thereby maintaining positive neuroplastic changes that prevent escalation of care, worsening of symptoms, and decreases in quality of life.

We don’t care if the method is ancient or cutting-edge; we just want it to work for you. This patient gained major mobility in his hand after only two sessions with the Class IV Laser. These are not results that we take lightly.
