Monday Morning Graduation Spotlight! 🎓

We’re starting the week by celebrating Louise Franco on successfully completing the Focus Program Manager Training Program! 👏

Louise is the first Program Manager to graduate from our new Westmoreland region, led by Stephanie Vogt. This is such an exciting milestone for Louise, Stephanie, and the entire Focus team as we continue growing and building strong teams in new communities.

And of course, we had a little help capturing the celebration. 😂 Apparently, our photographer was a chair! It showed up, stayed in place, and got the job done. Now that’s teamwork!

🌟 **Celebrating Paul’s Hard Work and Creativity!** 🌟

We are so proud of Paul and all the hard work he has put into creating his graphic design portfolio! 🎨💻

Paul has been working toward his goals for years with support from Focus through **Supported Employment (SSB), Community Support (CS), and Behavioral Support Services (BSS)**. Through his dedication, creativity, and determination, he has continued to build his skills and create something he can truly be proud of.

His portfolio is a reflection of not only his talent, but also the time, effort, and commitment he has put into developing his skills and preparing for his future.

Now, Paul is looking toward the next step and exploring future career opportunities in graphic design and creative work. We are excited to see where his hard work takes him! 🙌
