Roots...

Launching into college can all at once be a thrilling and overwhelming experience for both students AND parents/caregivers.

This is a deeper dive into growing roots in college.

Perhaps, for me at least, it is knowing roots can take time to grow. Give yourself grace.

Starting college on-campus can feel overwhelming. Learn how to build roots, find friends, and manage mental health during the first weeks.

Most therapists in training and newly licensed therapists are concerned about notes. In fact, I think they are usually much more concerned about their notes than their clients are.

I share this because the vast majority of therapists are very thoughtful and intentional about what they write in a therapy note. Most therapists take this responsibility seriously and always have the clients in mind.

"What Do Therapists Write in There Notes About You" explores this from the client perspective including what therapists typically document, what they usually leave out, and who does & does not have access to those records.

Curious what goes into therapy notes? Learn how therapists document sessions, what details are included, and how records may vary by situation.

Fun team meeting today! Stay tuned, we made something fun we will be sharing soon!

We are truly excited Lisa Titus (LSCSW) has joined the team at WKTA! Lisa works with younger teenagers all the way up through older adults who have encountered all sorts of adversities in their lives.
