It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Roland Eugene Black, a lifelong proud Texan. His childhood in Huntsville, Texas was idyllic. With loving parents and two older brothers, Roland developed a strong work ethic, a witty sense of humor, and love of all people.

Dorothy Marie Gannaway Park Langley, lovingly known to all as either “Momma, Memaw, or Marie,” went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 25, 2026, at the age of 83.
