Irvine Therapy Services has provided pediatric occupational therapy utilizing sensory integration techniques in Orange County, CA since 1980.

Irvine Therapy Services, Inc. is a private pediatric occupational therapy practice in Irvine, California. We work with children and families in Orange County and the surrounding area to achieve their full potential by supporting the development of gross and fine motor skills, facilitate play skills, and promote independence with activi

ties of daily living. Our highly qualified professional staff consists of Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapists with advanced training in sensory integrative evaluation and treatment techniques. We are certified in the administration and interpretation of the Sensory Integration & Praxis Tests (SIPT) and are trained providers of Integrated Listening Systems (iLs). Our therapists have extensive background in child development, play, neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, kinesiology, sensory-motor functioning, oral-motor functioning, hand function, handwriting, and psycho-social behavior. We use a holistic approach, and work with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life and the functional abilities of the children we treat.

We are very excited to offer our Body Clues Club at the end of July to introduce interoception and self-regulation concepts in a systemized manner through a group setting. This group respects everyone's differences and allows for the exploration of self-regulation strategies in a safe and supportive manner. Parents are also provided with a handout to reinforce what was taught during the class to use in the home environment. We are excited to restart our fitness group again with Coach Malik. Our first series is 5 weeks long with a focus on Handball. This is a great social opportunity for kids who may need a smaller group setting when participating in fitness or sports activities, would like to make new friends with the common interest of fitness, exercise, and handball, and enjoy a supportive and fun environment. This class is currently geared towards kids 8 years to middle school age and can follow directions independently in a small group setting.
